Coming Together to Restore Our Constitutional Republic in the Spirit of our Nation's Founders

Curious

If you are here as a new, curious individual, then we recommend that you take advantage of the educational presentations. Review the Membership Process. Start with the S1, S2, and S3 videos and then the Monumental movie. To get questions answered use the Contact Form.

Join Assembly

If you are here because of interest in joining an existing state general jural assembly then follow the Membership Process provided here to get the required education and information`. You will want to make contact with your state assembly using the contact information found on the state's individual page under the STATES tab.

Form Assembly

If you are here because you have an interest in starting a state general jural assembly then you will want to send a Contact Form. If under the STATES tab there is a date in column B. a state assembly already exists which you could join. In any case, education is the key to success and you will want to take advantage of the educational presentations as found in the Membership Process.

PROSPECTIVE MEMBERS ONBOARDING PROCESS

Freedom requires the engagement of a virtuous and educated people.  It is expected that those desiring Jural Assembly membership are doing so because of understanding gained through Assembly education, as well as self-education.  At minimum, aspirants to membership should have been to in-person educational presentations before they attend any Jural Assembly meeting or join as a member.  And continued self-education is expected.

WHY JURAL ASSEMBLY

Very simply, we the people in lawful assembly determine the will of the people.  The jural assembly is the fundamental authority for all government.  If an individual would like to have a voice as to what to see changed in our national, state, county, and local government, to improve one's life, liberty and freedoms, and in order to secure a private family life as you see fit, then active participation in a jural assembly is requisite.

REPUBLICAN FORM OF GOVERNMENT

Our Constitution Article IV. Section 4 states that "the United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican form of government....".  What does that look like?  Why don't we have it?  How do we get it back?  These are the questions answered in the educational presentations supporting our Jural Assembly.  In a republican form of government only electors vote, and the people have all of the power over their elected representatives.

COMMON LAW GRAND JURIES

Our 7th Amendment of the Bill of Rights confirms the power of a de jure, common law grand jury when seated, and the civilian authority it commands within the Bill of Rights, and the original, de jure Constitution for the united States of America. "In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise reexamined in any Court of the United States, then according to the rules of the common law."  The grand jury is an investigative and enforcement tool of the jural assembly.

MEMBERSHIP PROCESS

If an individual has, through his or her own self-education, and assisted by the educational materials provided by the Missouri General Jural Assembly and other lawfull assemblies, determined that he or she wants to proceed to join with other like-minded individuals, a process has been put in place to make this happen.  It is designed to accommodate all types of personal situations while making sure that everything is done properly for the benefit of the Assembly and the individual.

STATE MEMBERSHIP

Joining an Assembly is done at the state level.  State members domiciled in the same county get together to create county assemblies to provide government oversight at the county level.

The Missouri General Jural Assembly website MOGJA.net provides support for anyone interested in Jural Assembly, from whatever state.  If a state already has an

assembly Missouri GJA will help the aspirant to membership connect with that state assembly, so that whatever process that state has in place can be followed.  If the state does not have a state Jural Assembly, Missouri GJA will help get it started.

STEP 1 - EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION

All membership aspirants are encouraged to listen to all three 30-minute presentations found on MOGJA.net:

Part S1 - “What is a Jural Assembly?'

Part S2 - "Jural Assembly - Part 2"

Part S3 - "Jural Assembly - Part 3"

It is best if these are done in a group with an educator who can handle questions from prospective members.

Strongly recommended for prospective members are the following introductory presentations. Hyperlinks are on the MOGJA.net website and additional URL information is at the end of this document:

In addition to MOGJA.net, the educational website AmericanCivicsEducation.org can be accessed for additional materials (HOMEWORK & RESOURCES), and the SCHEDULE section indicates where in-person presentations are being given.  At these sessions one meets other like-minded people and the question and answer period helps cement one's understanding.

STEP 2 - STATE CONTACT

Not Missouri Resident. It is necessary for the prospective member to make contact with his or her state assembly.  The MOGJA.net website contains directory information for other state assemblies that prospective members can reference.  If no state assembly exists, contact info@MOGJA.net and ask about starting a state assembly (and which state). Missouri GJA will assist.

Missouri Resident. If a membership aspirant is domiciled in Missouri, then the subsequent steps in this process are followed.  Contact info@MOGJA.net with a request to join the Missouri General Jural Assembly and indicate county of domicile.

Or on the MOGJA.net website choose the County page that represents where you are domiciled and use the email address for the County ComSec (Communications Secretary). The prospective member will receive return communication with contact information for the county assembly (if the county is settled) and Membership Committee contact.

STEP 3 - SPONSOR

It is a requirement that a new member be sponsored by one existing member to visit an assembly meeting and by two existing members in good standing to obtain membership. The man or woman responding to the initial contact, or if the prospective member is already acquainted with a member, will probably be the first sponsor. Generally, the second sponsor will be acquired through involvement with the county or territory assembly.

At some point in the process each of the sponsors will send a written, autographed notice to the State Recording Secretary that he or she is sponsoring the prospective member.

STEP 4 - MEETING VISITS

The sponsor will invite a prospective member to visit as a guest a county assembly meeting to meet other like-minded people.  This can be done up to three times.  There is no limit on the number of times one can attend educational presentations that are not part of assembly business meetings.

If the prospective member is domiciled in a Missouri county that is not assembled, then, by definition, that individual is part of the Missouri Territory and is welcome to attend the once-per month Territory Assembly meeting. Since these take place at the venue of, and at the same date as, the state Assembly meeting, it is an opportunity to visit a state business meeting as well.  The sponsor needs to make sure the state visit is registered at least three days before the meeting.

STEP 5 - DOCUMENTS

The prospective member may obtain from the county or territory assembly the documents which need to be executed to join the assembly: Declaration of Independence (DOI), Declaration of Unalienable Rights (DUR), and Jural Covenant of Office (JCO).  These can be executed at the county or territory meeting and be witnessed by members present.  (No pledge is taken.)

At this point the prospective member may participate at the county or territory level as a "non-elector". An non-elector cannot vote, take part in debate, make motions, second motions, or hold office, but can participate in discussions, committee meetings, educational activities, and can be appointed chaplain or historian.  Continued participation is encouraged to get ready for full membership.

STEP 6 - INTERVIEW

Every prospective member goes through a simple interview process with members of the Missouri GJA Membership Committee.  Even if the prospective member has been associated with a current MO GJA member, and has visited a county meeting, the interview designed to "get to know one another" takes place.  The committee will already have received the sponsor notifications. The interview is done usually via teleconference with FreeConferenceCall.com or Zoom.us.

The prospective member should contact the Membership Committee and schedule a mutually convenient time.  Usually there will be three committee members on the call.  This is an opportunity for the prospective member to get questions answered, as well as an opportunity for getting acquainted.  Here are a number of questions that the Membership Committee might ask:

1. How did you learn about our Jural Assembly?

2. Are you at least 16 and been domiciled in Missouri for more than one year?

3. Do you have any military or law enforcement background?

4. Have you worked in the public sector or government?

5. What educational background, skill sets and strengths do you have that might be of benefit to our assembly? Graphic design, IT, writing, etc.

6. What motivates you to consider joining our assembly?

7. List some grievances you have with our public officials.

8. What would you like to see changed in your state?

9. Are you under any oaths?

10. Have you been convicted of malfeasance in any public office, or any felony or other high crime where there is an actual injured party

11. Are you willing to invest time on education?

12. Have you listened to the S1, S2, S3 recordings?  What other education have you had?

STEP 7 - STATE ASSEMBLY VISIT & PLEDGE

Full membership is obtained when the non-elector member visits a state meeting to take the pledge administered by the State Moderator or Chief Justice.  The non-elector member should wait for the formal invitation from the Membership Committee.  Then arrangements should be made to attend the state Assembly meeting. One sponsor needs to make sure the state visit is registered at least three days before the meeting.  It is best if one or two sponsors accompany the prospective member to the state meeting, if possible, but their attendance is not mandatory, since they have sponsored already in writing.

At the appointed time in the agenda the State Moderator or the Chief Justice will administer the pledge and add the member number to the JCO.  The original documents will be returned to the new member after certified true copies are made for the files of the state and county assemblies.

The non-elector status is now changed to full member in good standing and the member can now participate fully in all assembly activities, can serve as a Missouri elector, and can serve on grand juries.
